Jermaine Jackson: Family Seeks 'Swift Justice for Our Brother'

Jermaine Jackson speaks out about the charges that Dr. Conrad Murray is reportedly anticipating related to the death of Michael Jackson.
"I'm not happy that it has taken this long for charges to be brought against 'anybody' in the death of my brother Michael Jackson, but I'm certainly pleased the time has arrived," Jermaine tells ET. "It is a painful and difficult time for my family, but we are strong and united in making sure we find swift justice for our brother. I thank the fans for all their undying support and for standing with our family through all the difficult times. Hopefully with the promised action that will take place in the next 48 hours, we can begin healing."
Meanwhile, a source close to Michael Jackson's family tells ET that the King of Pop's relatives are outraged that the music icon's former embattled personal physician would dare to see Michael's grave at Forest Lawn Memorial Parks & Mortuaries in Glendale, CA, a story ET brought you first. Bristol Palin and Levi Johnston are engaged…again. The couple told Us Weekly about their romantic reunion after a turbulent break-up. The parents of 18-month-old son Tripp rekindled their romance and plan to raise him as a cohesive family unit. Bristol admitted to the magazine that she accepted the proposal without the consent of her mother, politician Sarah Palin. "We got engaged two weeks ago. If felt right, even though we don’t have the approval of our parents." The news comes just days after Levi apologized to his mother-in-law to be. Hollywood hot couple Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher are taking on a nutritional challenge together.
The couple both announced on their separate Twitter accounts that they're starting the Master Cleanse. Ashton tweeted: "[Nine] hrs into the master cleanse. I want a steak, a beer, and a blow-pop. Hmmm this is gonna be rough."
Demi sent an update, writing: "[Second] day of master cleanse and off to hike with hubby and the dogs. 2nd day better than the 1st!" In response to some questions from her followers about her reasons for doing the master cleanse, Demi tweeted back "this is for health" and "[I'll] let you know if I make it to day 4." In the newest clip of "Nightline" correspondent Vicki Mabrey's exclusive interview with Jesse James, he continues to open up about his infidelities by saying the last person he ever wanted to hurt was his wife Sandra Bullock.
"I've spent my whole life trying to protect her," James says of his marriage to the Oscar winning actress. "The most hurt she's ever been caused is by the person that wanted to protect her. ... She's going to be hurt for a long time."
James tells "Nightline" that in the midst of his affairs, he felt horrible. "I knew I would get caught eventually and I think I wanted to get caught." Continue reading...
